Mallory Harbor Exterior Change Approval Process

If you plan to make any changes to the outside of your home or property in Mallory Harbor, you must follow the
HOA’s architectural approval process before starting any work.

Step-by-step process

1. Review the approved exterior colors and guidelines. Before choosing paint colors or planning your project,
review the Approved External Structure Color Selections. This document lists the approved exterior colors and
provides helpful information about the current Mallory Harbor architectural guidelines.

2. Complete the Architectural Review Form. Fill out and submit a completed Architectural Review Form for the
exterior changes you want to make. This allows the HOA to review your proposed project.

3. Wait for HOA approval. Do not begin making exterior changes until you have received the required HOA
approval. Submitting the form does not necessarily mean your project has been approved.

4. Complete your project according to the guidelines. Once approved, make sure your work follows the
approved plans, color selections, and applicable architectural guidelines.

Important Reminder

Do not make exterior changes without HOA approval. Any unapproved exterior modifications may
be considered violations of the community’s architectural guidelines and could result in fines.
