Mallory Harbor HOA is one of eight villages within the Coral Bay Community Development District (CDD) in Margate, Florida. Our community includes 101 homes, including Mallory Harbor East, and is committed to maintaining a welcoming, well-kept neighborhood for all homeowners.

Estoppel Requests

Florida Skyline Management offers standard and rush estoppel processing.

  • Standard Processing: $299 — completed within 10 days.
  • Rush Processing: Additional $100 — completed within 2–3 days.
  • Accounts in Collections: Additional $150 fee.

For standard service, please mail a $299 check or money order payable to
Florida Skyline Management, the estoppel request form, and include your email address.

Receiving Your Estoppel

Please email your payment confirmation and completed request form to our office.
Your completed estoppel will be sent to your email address.

Mallory Harbor HOA meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Coral Bay Clubhouse. All homeowners are welcome to attend and stay informed about community updates and HOA matters.
